The worlds a big wide place and Dija’s a fan of it. A native Southern Californian, her affair with cinema started at a young age, followed by a sense of wonder sated by traveling and the unknown.
Over the course of her professional career Dija has worked across a variety of platforms and disciplines, specifically those in the visual arts. Leading her to international work as an Actor, Director and Documentarian.
While Producing and co-directing Post Oak Bluff (a documentary delving into the world of online Poker and using it as a metaphor for American Politics) She interviewed some of the Poker world’s top players- amongst them: Doyle Brunson, Annie Duke Phil Laak and Annie Duke, as well several Senators & government officials.
As a journalist on KCET’s Emmy winning SoCal Connected she covered a myriad of human interest stories with passion and enthusiasm. Her stories have been featured on the Huffington Post, amongst other syndications.
Through her background experience both in front of and behind the camera she’s able create a golden ratio of ascetic certainty and attention to detail. Enabling her to produce content that’s new, fresh & beautiful.
You can find Dija shooting film, moving pictures, or meandering the streets of Los Angeles with her awesome dog Oliver.
